First it was Rehnquist, adding stripes to his robe to make sure everybody knew he was Chief Justice. Now Dubya appears to have a new casual jacket/uniform for exhorting the troops, complete with his name and "Commander in Chief" on it, along with an unidentifiable seal of some sort . . . (Comparisons have been made with this one, heh.)
