Good links (and nested links) on a deep topic covering rationality, belief, philosophy, education, and sure . . . science and religion.

Faithful readers (faithful to you, that is) are curious about your take on these matters, ACM. You've spent the majority of your life in science; evaluating, rejecting, provisionally accepting hypotheses based on data. Do those methods apply to your personal beliefs? To only a subset of your personal beliefs? Or is that not the way you frame such questions?
