Several days of hearings seem to leave much of the enigma we started with. Every pronouncement could be reassuring or a circumlocution of the essential bits. Anyway, I suspect that Alan Dershowitz has better perspective that I do on the hearings, so check out his predictions about future Justice Roberts behavior.Update: Bitch, PhD, provides an opinion round-up . . .
