Three for today

Three stories I didn't get time to deal with properly today:

• Another proud moment of national example-setting: Life sentences for children: The U.S. "for," the rest of the world "against". Sigh.
  
  
• Another argument against the perfection of the free market to solve all problems, this time a clear example from international funding and food issues. Imagine!
  
  
• What an honest recruitment ad would look like (with the sort of disclaimers that pharmaceutical ads might have, heh)
