Out of the gate, at last

Obama Administration suggests a healthcare bill based on the already passed Senate bill, offering Republicans a chance to get behind it or face being entirely closed out of the process as the discussion moves to "reconciliation" (= Democratic bicameral discussion). They will almost certainly opt out, which means that a lot of things could happen with only Democrats in the room . . . Will be staying tuned!!
