This pug is laughing pretty hard. At the moment, it feels like he's laughing at all of us here in Philadelphia (and many places northward along the coast) who got hit with torrential rain all yesterday and then awoke to sleet and gale-force winds this morning. This pug is laughing pretty hard. Reading your short article here makes me laugh. Don't be angry because of the laughing pug. You have to regard that this pug entertained people who got hit with torrential rain at that time. The pug wanted all people there would feel better.
